Where does it start and end?
Your adventure will begin at our offices directly opposite the 7-Eleven near Mae Haad Pier on Koh Tao.
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before the adventure begins.
The finishing point is a secret, but we will return you to the office at the end of the day.
How many can participate?
Each adventure takes a maximum of 12 people (not including children under the age of 4). If you have a group larger than this, then split into smaller groups, or contact us for advice. We can arrange for larger groups if given enough notice.
Will we be on our own?
You may be joined by others to make an adventure party of up to 12 people. Every group will have its own expedition guide, who will travel with you throughout the day.
How long does it last?
Each adventure will take 6 – 6.5 hours
Is food provided?
Yes – and it’s a major part of the trip! Snacks and drinks will be found throughout the day and a delicious Thai lunch will be served approximately three hours after the start.
Can children participate?
Yes, of course, and they’ll love it!
How physically difficult is it?
There is one hill-climb, that takes about 15-20 minutes. Apart from that, all walking is on fairly even ground. Most will have no problems, but we are sorry that the terrain is not suitable for wheelchairs (if you would like a wheelchair tour, then please contact us and we would be happy to arrange this for you). Those who do not wish to participate in the hill-climb may wait at the bottom.
What if I can’t swim?
Snorkelling is available at two locations and there are clues to be found in the sea! If you cannot swim, or feel uncomfortable snorkelling, then the beaches are lovely places to spend the time. We provide life jackets and insist that these are worn.
What happens if it rains?
If the weather is inclement, then an alternative itinerary may take place. In severe conditions, the snorkelling and/or hill-climb may be abandoned.
Why do you need my passport number?
Part of the package includes full insurance for any injuries due to accident. For this to be validated, we need your passport number, passport name and date of birth.
What shall I bring?
We recommend the following;
- Swimwear
- Beach Towel
- Beach bag/backpack
- Camera/phone
- Cash (for souvenirs, tips, alcoholic drinks or soda)
- Trainers/walking sandals
- Sun cream & insect repellent
- A waterproof jacket may be useful
How much does it cost?
- The cost for the day is 1,750 Thai Baht
- Children aged 4-16 pay 1,300 ThB
- Infants under 4 are free (but must sit on parent’s knee for transportation)
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?
- We will give 100% refund if cancelled two days before the trip (00:00-24:00).*
- If cancelled the day before then we can give a 50% refund up until midnight.*
- Sorry, but we cannot provide a refund for no-shows, or those who cancel on the day.
* Please note that if third parties are involved, such as PayPal or online banking, then the amount of refund received may be less than that paid, because of handling charges (both ways) and exchange rates (both ways). We are sorry for this – it is out of our control.
